Water Supply

Use of a standard tap, either inside or outside your property.

Power Supply

Use of an internal or external power socket.

Access Width

A minimum side passage width of 76cm (30 inches).

Flat Area

Level surface of at least 7ft x 7ft is required for our hot tubs.

Hot Tub Hire Process

Step 1 – Initial Enquiry

Kick things off by sending us a message. Let us know any queries you may have, or if you have some dates in mind we can check availability for you. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours, although if your enquiry is of more urgency, simply call us on Telephone Number. 

Step 2 – Complete Booking

If you’ve decided on the hot tub package and we have availability for your dates, you can guarantee your booking by paying the deposit. Payment can be made via credit card over the phone, via BACS transfer or cheque. 

Step 3 – Day of Delivery

A few days prior to start of your hire we’ll call you to arrange a convenient delivery time. Our team take care of everything for you, setting the hot tub up in your desired location before filling and providing a demonstration of the controls. We’ll also guide you through the water testing and chemical treatment process to provide you with the confidence that the water is safe to bathe in at all times during your hire. The setup process usually takes around 2 hours and we require you to be in for this. 

Step 4 – Enjoy Your Hot Tub

It’s all yours to enjoy. Sit back and sink your shoulders into the warm water as the massage jets take you away into a state of pure relaxation. 

Step 5 – Drainage & Collection

On the final day of your hire we’ll arrange a suitable time to arrive for collection. Like delivery, we take care of everything for you and be out of your hair within 30 minutes.
